There are always many exciting proposals and good ideas for growth, but if we focus more sharply, it is a complex and slightly bigger task to become completely concrete.
Are we talking about organic growth, are we talking acquisitions, are we talking sales development, product development, market development, or something else entirely?
We immediately think about the market, such as sustainability, technology, and more industry-specific trends, which opens up many exciting avenues for growth.
But we must also include an extra dimension in the equation – the core business and core competencies.
Because where does the strength lie, and what can further differentiate you, precisely to create increased sustainable growth.
